A

Accell (Keystone, Lifecore) Allograft, putty/gel.

AP (Anterioposterior) spread, denotes a distance measurement from the center of the most anterior implant to the distal aspect of the most posterior implant. The AP spread is then multiplied by one and a half and gives a guideline of how long a distal cantilever could be acceptable. The measurement is only a guideline not a set rule. Other factors have to be taken in to account. Spline, tapered and parallel walled geometry, externaly indexed implant with MTX® (hydroxylapatite (HA) grit-blasted) textured surface. ERA Mini™ are produced in two diameters (2.2mm and 3.5mm) as a implant with a ERA overdenture attachment machined as a one piece implant or the ERAs screw on to the implant just like a abutment. Stock titanium and UCLA type abutments are offered for all implant lines. A zirconia abutment is only available for Screw Vent and Tapered Screw Vent implants. The zirconia abutment has a bonded titanium seal ring at the base of the abutment.

ZiReal® (Biomet 3i™), zirconia abutments are manufactured with a bonded metal abutment to implant interface.
