1. External hex implants

Healing abutments are machined as a mono block, combining the healing abutment body and screw in to a singular entety. A circumferential suture groove at the coronal portion may aide in tissue positioning during uncovery or one stage surgery. Three different heights (Fig.1) are produced for all four implant diameters; 3mm, 4.5mm and 6mm.

Each height is offered in two emergence profiles (Fig.2), implant/abutment interface platform diameter matching and one milimeter wider than the platform diameter. Each healing abutment is color coded in compliance with the prevailing external hex implant platform color coding identification scheme; 3.5mm (yellow), 4.0mm (green), 5.0mm (blue) and 6.0mm (purple). Each abutment is only hand tightened with a 0.050' (1.25mm) hex driver.

2. Internal and Tapered internal implants

Three different heights (Fig.3) are produced for all four implant diameters; 1mm, 3mm and 5mm. Each height is offered in three emergence profiles (Fig.4) of narrow (N), regular (R) and wide (W). 3.5mm platform healing abutment profiles are 3.8mm, 4.5mm and 5.8mm. 4.5mm platform diameter healing abutment emergence profiles are; 4.7mm, 5.5mm and 6.8mm while 5.7mm platform diameter healing abutment emergence profile options are 5.9mm and 6.6mm only.

Each healing abutment is color coded in compliance with the prevailing internal hex implant platform color coding identification scheme; 3.5mm (yellow), 4.5mm (green) and 5.0mm (blue. the top of each abutment is etched with a three letter system for easy identification. The first letter indicates the platform diameter; Y (3.5mm), G (4.5mm) and B (5.7mm). The second letter indicates the emergence profile; N (narrow), R (regular) and W (wide). Height of the abutment is indicated through numbers corresponding to the height in mm. Each abutment is only hand tightened with a 0.050' (1.25mm) hex driver.

3. Single-stage implants

Each healing abutment is color coded in compliance with the prevailing Single-stage implant platform color coding identification scheme; 3.5mm (yellow), 4.5mm (green) and 5.7mm (blue.

A 2mm healing abutment is included with each implant purchased and a second height (4mm) option is offered for each implant platform diameter separately. The emergence profile for 3.5 platform diameter healing abutments is 5.1mm regardless of height. 4.5mm platform healing abutments have a diameter of 6.1mm and 5.7mm diameter platform diameter healing abutments have a 7.3mm emergence profile. Each abutment is only hand tightened with a 0.050' (1.25mm) hex driver.

4. Laser-Lok 3.0 implants

Healing abutments are machined as a mono block, combining the healing abutment body and screw in to a singular entety. A circumferential suture groove at the coronal portion may aide in tissue positioning during uncovery or one stage surgery. The abutments are available in two heights (Fig.6) of 3mm and 5mm with an emergence profile of the same diameter as the implant. No color coding or special markings are present on this implant system for identification. Each abutment is only hand tightened with a 0.050' (1.25mm) hex driver.
