ONE-STAGE

A basic selection of prosthetic components is part of the product offering for ONE-STAGE implants. One piece solid abutments, UCLAs, straight and angled synOcta® abutments, one piece oversized abutments and Locator® overdenture abutments comprise the complete prosthetic selection.

Narrow platform (4.1mm) solid abutments (Fig.1 top row) are machined as a one piece unit, from a single piece of titanium and intended to be impressed after delivery of the abutment with the abutment level impression technique. These abutments are thread timed and do not engage the internal octagon of the implant. Three color coded abutment heights are available for narrow platform diameter implants, yellow (4mm), silver (5.5mm) and blue (7mm). The abutment portion itself is machined with one flat side and a dimple on the flat side of the abutment. Restorative kits include the actual abutment, a color coded plastic impression coping, two color coded plastic and one metal analog and two burnout copings (one engaging and one non engaging). Solid abutment components are also offered a la carte.
UCLA abutments (Fig.1 bottom row)  are only available with a titanium, engaging abutment/ implant interface and a plastic cylinder pressed on to the titanium portion for cast on. Offered as a kit including a yellow snap on plastic impression coping, yellow fixture level analog and final screw. UCLA abutment components are also offered a la carte.
15 degree angled abutments (Fig.1 middle row) include the final screw and are machined in two versions, with the angle in relation to one of the flat sides of the octagon or the point of the octagon. See article about abutment selection, angle section. A non engaging bulk abutment (Fig.1 middle row) for intra oral modification make the abutment selection for cementable restorations complete.
Locator® overdenture abutments are available in three collar heights (1, 2, 3mm) as kits including the abutment, analog, lab processing insert, retention inserts, metal housing, resin impression transfers and block out ring. All abutments with the exception of the UCLA abutment are interchangeable with regular platform diameter (4.8mm) abutments.
Regular platform

Wide platform

Solid abutment components are also offered a la carte.

INTERNAL HEX

None of the components for this system are color coded. Bulk straight, engaging abutments and angled bulk abutments (Fig.4) with a choice of two angulations (15, 25 degrees) in relation to the flat side of the hex are part of the product offering. MPA (multi purpose abutment) engaging titanium abutments are intended to be utilized as impression coping and final abutment after modification of the abutment. These abutments are available as kits, including the abutment, final screw, and analog or a la carte. KISS engaging titanium abutments (Fig.5 bottom row) are machined with a choice of three collar heights (1, 2, 3mm) and three grooves in the abutment portion for anti rotational purposes for the cementable restoration. complete kits include the KISS abutment, screw, metal analog, two resin analogs, impression coping, engaging and non-engaging waxing sleeves and temporary sleeve. UCLA abutments (Fig.5 top row) are only available with a titanium, engaging abutment/ implant interface and a plastic cylinder pressed on to the titanium portion for cast on. The UCLA can be utilized as a impression coping due to the geometry of the plastic cylinder pressed on to the titanium base. UCLAs can be purchased as kits including the abutment, screw and analog or separately. All components are offered for both platform diameters (3.5, 4.5mm).

All components are color coded according to platform size, purple (3.5mm), yellow (4.3mm) and blue (5.0mm). KISS engaging titanium abutments (Fig.6 right side) are machined with one collar height (2mm) and three grooves in the abutment portion for anti rotational purposes for the cementable restoration. KISS complete kits include the KISS abutment, screw, metal analog, two resin analogs, impression coping, engaging and non-engaging waxing sleeves and temporary sleeve. UCLA abutments (Fig.6 middle) are only available with a titanium, engaging abutment/ implant interface and a plastic cylinder pressed on to the titanium portion for cast on. The UCLA can be utilized as a impression coping due to the geometry of the plastic cylinder pressed on to the titanium base.
