Tooling requirements are simple due to the fact that ONE-STAGE implants
are not pre mounted with a fixture mount/implant carrier. A special J-Implant
driver (Fig.1 middle) can be utilized to pick up the implant from the packaging
and to drive the implant in to the osteotomy site with a square head hand ratchet.
Traditional latch type handpiece drivers (Fig.1 right) are also available
for implant delivery. A existing ITI Straumann® wrench can be converted
with a wrench adapter (Fig.1 left) so BlueSkyBio square head drivers can
be used with a Straumann® wrench.
Tooling requirements are simple due to the fact that INTERNAL HEX implants
are not pre mounted with a fixture mount/implant carrier. A ratchet implant
driver (Fig.2 left) can be utilized to pick up the implant from the packaging
and to drive the implant in to the osteotomy site with a hand ratchet.
Traditional latch type handpiece drivers (Fig.2 right) are also available
for implant delivery. Both implant drivers are offered in a long and a short
version.
Tooling requirements are simple due to the fact that TRILOBE implants
are not pre mounted with a fixture mount/implant carrier. A special latch
type J-Implant driver (Fig.3 left) can be utilized to pick up the implant
from the packaging and to drive the implant in to the osteotomy site with
a handpiece. Each implant platform diameter requires its own J-Implant driver.
A existing Nobel Biocare wrench can be converted with a wrench adapter
(Fig.3 right) so BlueSkyBio square head drivers can be used with a Nobel
Biocare wrench.
