Fig. 1
Titanium abutments are designed with a sloping collar as a straight
and angled (15°) version. The angle and lowest point of the sloping
collar are machined in relation to one of the flat sides of the internal
hexagon indexing feature. Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to
make a complete kit. NP (3.5mm) and RP/WP (4.3/4.9mm) platform abutments
are produced in four versions, two straight (Fig.1, top row) with a 1.5mm or 3mm collar
and two angled (Fig.1, bottom row) with a 1.5mm or 3mm collar also. None of the abutments
are color coded or otherwise marked to identify the platform diameter.
Fig. 2
Snappy abutments intended for posterior restorations are
fabricated in two abutment heights of 4mm (Fig.2, top row) and 5.5mm (Fig.2,
bottom row) with a choice of
two (1.5, 3mm) collar heights for both platform diameters. RP/WP
Snappy abutments are produced with two emergence profiles, regular
and wide. Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to make a complete kit.
None of the abutments are color coded or otherwise marked to identify the
platform diameter, only the abutment height is indicated by the numbers 4
and 5 printed on the abutment.
Fig. 3
Zirconia abutments are fabricated in two geometries for anterior
(Fig.3) and
posterior (Fig.4) specific restorations. Abutments are through and through
zirconia, suitable for "bake on" procedures and the angulation of angled
abutments is machined in relation to the flat side of the indexing
hexagon. Zirconia abutment specific final screws are included with each
abutment. None of the zirconia abutments are color coded or marked in any
way for platform diameter identification.
NP (3.5mm platform) zirconia
abutments are only available for anterior restorations. Two straight
abutments with a collar height of 1.5mm and 2.5mm complement two angled
(10°) abutments with a collar height choice of 1.5mm and 2.5mm.

Titanium abutments are designed with a sloping collar as a straight
and angled (15°) version. Straight abutments (Fig.6, top row)
are machined with a hexagonal indexing feature while angled abutments (Fig.6,
bottom row)are
machined with a dodecagon (double hex), allowing 12 different positions
for angled abutments. Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to make
a complete kit. One straight abutment with a 1mm collar and one angled
abutment with a 2mm collar comprise the product offering for NP
(3.5mm) platform abutments. RP (4.1mm) platform abutments are produced in
four versions, two straight with a 1mm or 3mm collar and two angled with
a 1mm or 3mm collar also. One straight WP (5.0mm) platform abutment with

Fig. 11
Titanium abutments are designed with a sloping collar as a straight
(Fig.11, top row)
and angled (Fig.11, bottom row, 15°) version. The angle and lowest point of the sloping
collar are machined in relation to one of the lobes of the tri lobe
indexing feature. Color coding follows the prevailing color coding
system (NP fuchsia 3.5, RP yellow 4.3, WP blue 5.0, green 6.0) for
platform diameter identification. Each abutment is packaged with a final
screw to make a complete kit. NP and RP straight and angled abutments are
available in two collar heights of 1 and 3mm. WP straight and angled
abutments are fabricated in two collar heights of 0.5 and 3mm. Both 6.0

Zirconia abutments are fabricated in two geometries for anterior and
posterior specific restorations. Abutments are through and through
zirconia with a removable metal index converter (Fig.13), suitable for "bake on"
procedures. The converter is a platform diameter color coded (NP fuchsia 3.5, RP
yellow 4.3, WP blue 5.0) piece of metal press fit in to the
bottom of each zirconia abutment. This converter transforms the hexagonal
indexing feature of the abutment in to a tri lobe indexing feature. The
angulation (10°) of angled abutments is machined in relation (away) to one of
the lobes of the indexing tri lobe. Sloping collars also are designed to
coincide with the lowest point of the collar at one of the lobes.
Zirconia abutment specific final screws are included with each abutment.
