Titanium abutments are designed with a sloping collar as a straight and angled (15°) version. The angle and lowest point of the sloping collar are machined in relation to one of the flat sides of the internal hexagon indexing feature. Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to make a complete kit. NP (3.5mm) and RP/WP (4.3/4.9mm) platform abutments are produced in four versions, two straight (Fig.1, top row) with a 1.5mm or 3mm collar and two angled (Fig.1, bottom row) with a 1.5mm or 3mm collar also. None of the abutments are color coded or otherwise marked to identify the platform diameter.

Snappy™ abutments intended for posterior restorations are fabricated in two abutment heights of 4mm (Fig.2, top row) and 5.5mm (Fig.2, bottom row) with a choice of two (1.5, 3mm) collar heights for both platform diameters. RP/WP Snappy™ abutments are produced with two emergence profiles, regular and wide. Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to make a complete kit. None of the abutments are color coded or otherwise marked to identify the platform diameter, only the abutment height is indicated by the numbers 4 and 5 printed on the abutment.

Zirconia abutments are fabricated in two geometries for anterior (Fig.3) and posterior (Fig.4) specific restorations. Abutments are through and through zirconia, suitable for "bake on" procedures and the angulation of angled abutments is machined in relation to the flat side of the indexing hexagon. Zirconia abutment specific final screws are included with each abutment. None of the zirconia abutments are color coded or marked in any way for platform diameter identification.

NP (3.5mm platform) zirconia abutments are only available for anterior restorations. Two straight abutments with a collar height of 1.5mm and 2.5mm complement two angled (10°) abutments with a collar height choice of 1.5mm and 2.5mm.

RP/WP (4.3/4.9mm platform) anterior straight abutments (Fig.3, top row) are produced with a choice of two (1.5, 2.5mm) collar heights and angled (10°) abutments (Fig.3, bottom row) are also offered with a choice of two (1.5, 2.5mm) collar heights. Straight posterior abutments (Fig.4, top row) are available with two collar heights of 1.5mm and 2.5mm while angled (15°) posterior abutments (Fig.4, bottom row) are also machined with a choice of two collar heights of 1.5mm and 2.5mm.

UCLA abutments (Fig.5, GoldAdapt™) for both platform diameters consist of a machined gold alloy implant/abutment interface and a plastic cylinder processed on to the gold portion of the abutment. The plastic cylinders are color coded fuchsia (NP, 3.5mm) and yellow (RP/WP, 4.3/4.9mm) for platform identification. Each platform diameter UCLA is offered as a engaging (indexed) version for single restorations and a non engaging (non indexed) version for splinted substructures. Final screws are included with each GoldAdapt™ abutment to make a complete kit.

Straight abutments (Fig.6, top row) are machined with a hexagonal indexing feature while angled abutments (Fig.6, bottom row)are machined with a dodecagon (double hex), allowing 12 different positions for angled abutments. Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to make a complete kit. One straight abutment with a 1mm collar and one angled abutment with a 2mm collar comprise the product offering for NP (3.5mm) platform abutments. RP (4.1mm) platform abutments are produced in four versions, two straight with a 1mm or 3mm collar and two angled with a 1mm or 3mm collar also. One straight WP (5.0mm) platform abutment with a 1mm collar and one angled abutment with a 1mm collar complete the WP product group. None of the abutments are color coded or otherwise marked to identify the platform diameter.

NP (3.5mm platform) zirconia abutments are only available for anterior restorations. Two straight abutments with a collar height of 1.3mm and 2.2mm complement two angled (10°) abutments with a collar height choice of 1.3mm and 2.1mm.

RP (4.1mm platform) anterior straight abutments (Fig.8, top row) are produced with a choice of two (1.6, 2.4mm) collar heights and angled (10°) abutments (Fig.8, bottom row) are also offered with a choice of two (1.5, 2.3mm) collar heights. Straight posterior abutments (Fig.9, top row) are available with two collar heights of 1.6mm and 2.4mm while angled (15°) posterior abutments (Fig.9, bottom row) are also machined with a choice of two collar heights of 1.6mm and 2.2mm.

WP (5.0mm platform) anterior straight abutments are provided with a choice of two (1.5, 2.5mm) collar heights and angled (10°) abutments are also offered with a choice of two (1.4, 2.3mm) collar heights. Straight posterior abutments are available with two collar heights of 2mm and 2.8mm while angled (15°) posterior abutments are also offered with a choice of two collar heights of 1.8mm and 2.4mm.

Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to make a complete kit. NP and RP straight and angled abutments are available in two collar heights of 1 and 3mm. WP straight and angled abutments are fabricated in two collar heights of 0.5 and 3mm. Both 6.0 straight and angled abutments are offered in one collar height of 0.5mm.

Each abutment is packaged with a final screw to make a complete kit and the color coding scheme follows the prevailing color coding system (NP fuchsia 3.5, RP yellow 4.3, WP blue 5.0, green 6.0) for platform diameter identification. 4mm and 5.5mm abutment height NP Snappy™ abutments are produced with a choice of two (0.75, 1.5mm) collar heights while all other platform diameter (RP, WP,6.0) abutments are available in two collar heights of 0.5 and 1.5mm regardless of abutment height.

Zirconia abutments are fabricated in two geometries for anterior and posterior specific restorations. Abutments are through and through zirconia with a removable metal index converter (Fig.13), suitable for "bake on" procedures. The converter is a platform diameter color coded (NP fuchsia 3.5, RP yellow 4.3, WP blue 5.0) piece of metal press fit in to the bottom of each zirconia abutment. This converter transforms the hexagonal indexing feature of the abutment in to a tri lobe indexing feature. The angulation (10°) of angled abutments is machined in relation (away) to one of the lobes of the indexing tri lobe. Sloping collars also are designed to coincide with the lowest point of the collar at one of the lobes. Zirconia abutment specific final screws are included with each abutment.
