Zimmer® ANALOGS
Tapered Screw-Vent® (TSV), Screw-Vent®
Fig. 1
Fixture level analogs (Fig.1) are offered in three platform diameter and
internal indexing dimension specific iterations. Each platform diameter
analog is color coded in compliance with the Screw-Vent® platform
identification scheme. Green represents the 3.5mm (catalog # IA3)
implant/abutment platform diameter, purple equates to the 4.5mm (catalog #
IA4) platform and yellow corresponds to the 5.7mm (catalog # IA5) platform
diameter. The analogs are not interchangeable from platform diameter to
platform diameter due to the implant/abutment specific interface design of
each platform diameter.
Fig. 2
Abutment level plastic analogs (Fig.2) for already installed
regular titanium Hex-Lock® contour abutments are produced in four color coded
versions. The color coding scheme does not comply with the general
platform coding of the Screw-Vent® implant system but is
designed to indicate the emergence profile of the installed
Hex-Lock® abutment. Blue represents a 3.5mm emergence and orange
signals a 4.5mm emergence profile while red designates a 5.5mm emergence.
Yellow represents the largest emergence profile of 6.5mm. All four
emergence profile abutment analogs are produced for straight (catalog #
ZOANA3S, ZOANA4S, ZOANA5S, ZOANA6S) and angled (catalog # ZOANA3A, ZOANA4A,
ZOANA5A, ZOANA6A) abutments separately. Complete kits including the
impression coping, analog, temporary coping and burnout coping are also
sold.

Abutment level plastic analogs (Fig.3) for already installed
short titanium Hex-Lock® contour abutments are produced in three color
coded versions. The color coding scheme does not comply with the general
platform coding of the Screw-Vent® implant system but is
designed to indicate the emergence profile of the installed
short Hex-Lock® abutment. Orange signals a 4.5mm emergence profile
while red designates a 5.5mm emergence and yellow represents the largest
emergence profile of 6.5mm. All three emergence profile abutment analogs
are offered as a kit, including the analog, temporary coping, burnout
coping and impression coping. (catalog # SAKIT4, SAKIT5, SAKIT6)
Zimmer® One-Piece
Fig. 4
Plastic analogs (Fig.4) for Zimmer® One-Piece implants are produced in three color
coded versions. The color coding scheme does not comply with the general
platform coding of the Screw-Vent® implant system but is
designed to indicate the emergence profile of the installed
Zimmer® One-Piece implant. Blue represents a 3.5mm emergence and
orange signals a 4.5mm emergence profile while red designates a 5.5mm
emergence. All three emergence profile abutment analogs are produced for
straight (catalog # ZOANA3S, ZOANA4S, ZOANA5S) and angled (catalog #
ZOANA3A, ZOANA4A, ZOANA5A) implants separately. Complete kits including
the impression coping, analog, temporary coping and burnout coping are also
sold.
AdVent®
Fixture level analogs are produced for Zimmer's AdVent®
implant product line in compliance with available AdVent® implant
platform diameters and internal indexing feature. A 4.5mm platform (catalog
# AVR) internal hexagon and a 5.7mm internal hexagon (catalog # AV6R)
version complete Zimmer's AdVent® fixture level analog product
offering. Neither 4.5 or 5.7mm platform analogs are color coded for
identification purposes.
Tapered SwissPlus®, SwissPlus®
Fixture level analogs are produced for Zimmer's SwissPlus®
implant product line in compliance with available SwissPlus® implant
platform diameters and internal indexing feature. A 3.8mm platform (catalog
# SPMR) internal hexagon and a 4.8mm internal octagon (catalog # OPR)
version complete Zimmer's SwissPlus® fixture level analog product
offering. Neither 3.8 or 4.8mm platform analogs are color coded for
identification purposes.
Abutment level analogs are also machined in two
versions. Abutment level analogs are utilized in case the restoring dentist
or surgeon already installed a abutment specially designed for abutment
level impressions. This technique may only be successful if the abutments
were not modified prior to the impression taking procedure. 3.8mm abutment
level analogs (catalog # SPMAR) and 4.8mm platform analogs (catalog# OPAR)
are not color coded for platform identification.
