Tapered Screw-Vent® (TSV), Screw-Vent®

Torque wrenches are offered as a "break away" style wrench (Fig.1, left)
with a single torque setting of 20Ncm (catalog # TW20) or 30Ncm (catalog #
TW30). Each torque wrench is inscribed with the respective torque value for
identification. The GemLock ratchet (Fig.1, middle, catalog # RSR) is not a
torque wrench. Both, wrench and ratchet may be utilized with any square head
Zimmer® tool and bone tap.
A stainless steel hand driver (Fig.1, right, catalog # SSHS) with a square tool connection may engage
the outside of the fixture mount directly to drive the implant in to the
osteotomy site or square head 2.5mm GemLock hex drivers are attached to the
hand driver for implant delivery.

1.25mm (0.050") hex drivers are available for the ratchet
(Fig.2, left pair) as a long (22mm, catalog # HXL1.25) and short (17mm, catalog
# HX1.25) version and a latch type driver (Fig.2, middle, 23mm, catalog # HX1.25D) for
surgical units is produced in one length. Two hand drivers (Fig.2, right pair) as a long
(27mm, catalog # THXL1.25) and short (23mm, catalog # THX1.25)version are
also offered. The 1.25mm hex driver engages the abutment screw to loosen or
tighten the fixture mount and abutments.

2.5mm GemLock hex drivers (Fig.3) are available for the ratchet
as a long (28mm, catalog # RHL2.5) and short (17mm, catalog
# RH2.5) version and a latch type driver (21mm, catalog # RHD2.5) for
surgical units is produced in one length. The 2.5mm hex driver engages any
fixture mount in the Tapered Screw-Vent® (TSV) and Screw-Vent®
product group for delivery of the implant in to the osteotomy site.

3.0mm hex drivers (Fig.4) are available for the ratchet
as a long (28mm, catalog # HXL3.0S) and short (17mm, catalog
# HX3.0S) version and a latch type driver (25mm, catalog # HX3.0) for
surgical units is produced in one length. The 3.0mm hex driver engages 6.0mm
diameter implants directly, bypassing the fixture mount in the Tapered
Screw-Vent® (TSV) product group for delivery of the implant in to the
osteotomy site.

The removal tool (Fig.5, catalog # TLRT2) for Hex-Lock® abutments aides
in the removal of installed abutments since the abutments friction fit in
to the implants. Removal of installed abutments may be difficult and
damaging to the osseo integrated state of implants without this tool. The
fixation screw of the abutment needs to be completely removed before
utilizing the removal tool.

Ratchet driven insertion tools (Fig.6, left pair) for 3.0mm implants are
available for straight (24mm, catalog # ZOPDRS) and 17 degree angled (24mm,
catalog # ZOPDRA) One-Piece implants.
Ratchet driven insertion tools (Fig.6, right pair) for 3.7 and 4.7mm implants
are available for straight and 17 degree angled One-Piece abutment implants
as a short (19mm, catalog # ZOPDRT) and long (24mm, catalog # ZOPDRH)
version.
AdVent®
3.0mm hex drivers are available for the ratchet
as a long (28mm, catalog # HXL3.0S) and short (17mm, catalog
# HX3.0S) version and a latch type driver (25mm, catalog # HX3.0) for
surgical units is produced in one length. The 3.0mm hex driver engages 6.0mm
diameter implants directly, bypassing the fixture mount in the AdVent®
product group for delivery of the implant in to the osteotomy site.

# RH2.5) version and a latch type driver (21mm, catalog # RHD2.5) for

in to the osteotomy site.
Tapered SwissPlus®, SwissPlus®
1.25mm (0.050") hex drivers are available for the ratchet
as a long (22mm, catalog # HXL1.25) and short (17mm, catalog
# HX1.25) version and a latch type driver (23mm, catalog # HX1.25D) for
surgical units is produced in one length. Two hand drivers as a long
(27mm, catalog # THXL1.25) and short (23mm, catalog # THX1.25)version are

SwissPlus® diameter implants directly, bypassing the fixture mount for
delivery of the implant in to the osteotomy site.
The removal tool (catalog # HLRTX2) for Hex-Lock® abutments aides
in the removal of installed abutments since the abutments friction fit in
